Woodford 2013/2014 Set-Up Period Wildlife Shots
Our second year heading up the new wildlife response team at Woodford Folk Festival got off to a bang! It’s always amazing watching this special festival come together. With over 2500 volunteers and over 30,000 campers during the festival week and a giant festival precinct with over a dozen performance venues, there’s a lot of area to cover. Being right at the foothills of Bellthorpe National Park and the Conondale Ranges makes for a spectacular semi-tropical setting, and the tireless tree planting efforts of Woodford Folk Federation and volunteers is turning this former overgrazed cattle property into a wildlife haven! The music was awesome too 🙂
